For developers we provide the Public Offering Statement budgets as well as document review to assure that the documents and association structure properly reflect the proposed development. In this process we work together with the developer's attorney frequently proposing a tailored set of Community Rules and Regulations. 

Our senior staff is also available as expert witnesses. In this capacity we consult and advise in trial preparation and provide expert testimony.
